Build a Website

I need a WordPress-designed website to promote my services. I want something custom designed, not from a template There will be a main page with three buttons, when a visitor clicks on the buttons there will be a lightbox pop up to show off some of my work. In order to be considered (and prove that you read this) please start your application with your 3 most recently finished websites I have logo in hand as well as crystal clear directions of what I want. If you try to renegotiate the rate after being hired, I will terminate the contract immediately and leave negative feedback (already had this happen twice.) Social media icons present on main page I already have a mockup ready to go - I just need it put together and launched. The right person who can work quickly, communicate DAILY, and do the work well will get TONS of new projects. We built 75 websites alone in 2015 and have plans to double that this year.
