[url removed, login to view] is a website to view the rating and average scores of stocks on the stock exchange (100 stocks). Users either registered or guest will be able to enter the average score that they see for a stock. As a result viewers of the site will be able to see the average score and comments for each stock.
Website should be done using the word press template. A clear description of the database structure should be provided along with comments for any code added.
• Main Functionality:
o Rate and view the Stocks:
An alphabetical listing of all 100 stocks in the stock exchange with the average score number of inputs of each stock beside it. When clicking the stock it redirects to the stock page which shows the following things:
• History of comments and recommendation of stock
• An average on the 1-5 scale inputted by other users
• An input box to enter a comment on the stock along with a scale of 1-5 option
o Ability to register and use your username or continue as a guest with a default name “Elborsagy”
o Registered users get an email confirmation. They later on have the option of changing their password and a forgot your password option.
• A news search to search other sites for stock codes. A drop down box with the 100 stocks available and a search button. Search should be done in other sites (list to be provided) for both English and Arabic.
• Social Media Linkage – Facebook Like option \ Twitter
Page 1: Home page explaining how the site works and the value it adds. Also, a live of view of the latest activity and comments displaying the comment, score given and stock name and when it was inputted (1m ago, 50m ago..etc).
Page 2: List of Stocks (listed by top active stocks). Each stock shows beside it the average score and the number of inputs
Page 3: Each Stock Detail: The list of comments and inputs for each stock in a list view with a text box and buttons to choose the scale for the stock.
Page 4: Admin page for site admin: Shows the users registered. List of comments for each stock with the ability to delete comments.
Page 5: Account Management for users: See their comments history all in one page. Keep track of the number of comments done on the site. Ability to change password.
