Web site with interactive forms where people can fill the site certification directly on the site, garter to
the payment systems via paypall and any credit cards, also on the site there will be a live blog.
Customers database will be interactive to work with them feedback. So there should be a personal
account where we can check the application submitted for certification, as will be the status of these
applications. The process of certification:
First step is free - a person submits an application that he wants to get certified, fills the short form -
name of what product or a restaurant they want to certify, what required certificates and documents he
already has.
Second step - if he has a set of relevant certificates we let him further - in a second step, he will have to
fill in application form, but before the firm will be opened, he will have to pay 350 dollars - as soon as he
payed and payments are made - the access gets automatically to the form - interactive form - I'll give its
content
P.S. to fill in the form he can today, tomorrow or right up to the time of the month the form wioldn’t be
lost or erased under his personal login and password.
When he filled up the form - there has to be an automatic reply: Thank you, your application is finished.
We will contact with you within 2 weeks. (The step with customer is done)
Further, this form goes to three scientists in private offices. Scientists have 2 weeks to see it (There is a
countdown on against every form) - When scientists opens a form - he sees all of its contents and has to
check all attached documents – he also has a right to mark the form (it can be something of a different
color). Under the form he has a field for personal comments on this application. At the end of checking
has to choose one of two buttons - PASS or FAIL.
In the case the certification is PASSED - the form automatically sends to the private offices of selected
employees. These employees also open this form; they can check all errors; and they already have two
buttons: Submit and Reject
If Submit - forms are sent to the client (but without the findings of scientists) only with a standard type
of the letter - thank you passed the certificate will receive an e-mail (for all passed certificates)
If Reject - the employee option appears - Contact with a scientist or Contact with any other employee to
choose from - they decide on what to do, and only then admin (the highest-ranking officials) may
SUBMIT it. Or ask for other options.
If it was FAILED on scientist level – customer can see the recommendation how he can modify his
application and get certification. And comments from scientists how he can move up and what has to
do.
After the procedure when the person was certified or refused (and he is in a process of finishing of
everything should be conducted in a private office staff - all info in real time – the status (certificate at
present or not), how much is left before the end of the certificate (and actually before the next payment
because certificate for a year and have to pay each year if you don’t want to be inspected every year)
