Build a Website

Hi, I'm a programmer with more than 10 languages , So it will be easy to understand each other:) but I don't have enough time . I have wordpress site [login to view URL] with some problems , I want to reprogram it with php with more improvement, it look like magazine with some differents, I bulid complate prototype the website should have these features: [login to view URL] banal with these features: 1. can edit ,delete post. 2. can mange users privilege and profile (admin, writer,user) 3. can edit & delete comments. 4. add vote. [login to view URL] category and subcategories. [login to view URL]: 1. alow users to sign in with social media. 2. allow writer to write and upload img and update their own posts. [login to view URL] users to write comment with img. 4. thier are 3 type of posts each one have diffrent add post form details. [login to view URL] are alot of sort function in home page (sort by last update , last insert, last commented , most viewed, most comment and cascade sort by category and subcategories (ajax). 6. it will have download page for books. [login to view URL] gallery. [login to view URL] vote system. [login to view URL] and unlike for posts. 10. tweet for each post from website twitter account and from writer's user include img. 11. users can fllow writer or category when they do an email will send when new post by these writer or within these [login to view URL] a minsion in twitter to their registerd account will send with post link and title. I think that's all, I will send complate prototype with every details later all what I want to program & design it with php and my sql, you can do it in English and I'LL do the transulation. good louck
