Required feature for sales Represantive application عباره عن 4 اقسام • القسم الأول (معلومات العميل) اسم العميل الرباعي العنوان بالتفصيل (محافظه، مركز،مدينه/قريه ،حي/شارع) ، رقم الهاتف المحمول صوره واجهه المحل من الخارج احداثيات محل العميل امكانيه تسجيل عميل جديد او استدعاء بييانات عميل موجود حاليا للبدء في عمل فاتوره و جرد لمنتجاتنا االتي مازلت موجوده عند العميل • قائمه العملاء المخصصه للمندوب/خط السير من مدير المبيعات و الادراه (تتغير يوميا طبقا للظروف الغياب و الحضور و الاجازات....الخ) أسماء العملاء العنون رقم الهاتف المحمول صوره الواجهه الخارجيه لمحل العميل احداثيات العملاء بدء عمليه الملاحه الاليه للوصل اليهم • بيانات المنتجات المخصصه يوميا من مدير المبيعات و الاداره للمندوب ((daily target/task قائمه بالاصناف بحوزه المندوب و سعر كل صنف(عدد القطع من كل صنف / سعر القطعه) يتم تحديثها عند كل عمليه بيع • بيانات الفاتوره و الجرد كم قطعه العميل اشتراها و ثمن كل قطعه من كل صنف اجمالي المبيعات (الفاتوره) مع تحيد السعر من الاداره او تركه متغير للمندوب كم قطعه هالك من كل صنف اجمالي الهالك (الهالك) منتج منتهي صلاحيته كم قطعه مازلت موجوده عند العميل من كل صنف اجمالي القطع الموجوده كم قطعه تم استبادلها من كل صنف اجمالي القطع المستبدله استبدال قبل انتهاء الصلاحيه (استبدال من عميل الي عميل اخر ) امكانيه ارسال رساله للاداره في أي وقت Required feature for admin application لقسم الأول (معلومات العميل) • معرفه أماكن تواجد المندوبين لحظيا • مراقبه مدي تقدم خط السير للمندوب • مراقبه حركه المبيعات و الجرد و الهالك لحظيا • استقبال رسائل المندوبين في حاله حددوث مشكله • امكانيه تخصيص العملاء للمندوبين يوميا • قائمه العملاء و و امكانيه التعديل عليها و و امكانيه تقسيمها طبقا للمنطاق و التقسمات الجغرافيه المختلفه • تصدير البيانات من والي برنامج الاكسل و التعديل علي القوائم المختلفه للبرنامج من عملاء و منتجات ومندوبين • اضافه عدد مستخدمين(مندوبين) مع تغير اسم الدخول و الرقم السري و امكانيه حذف المستخدمين من المندوبين • قائمه المنتجات المخصصه(تخصيص) لكل مندوب مع امكانيه تحرير او تثبيت سعر البيع للصنف • قائمه خطوط السير و تتضمم عدد معين من العملاء و تخصص لكل مندوب (كل مندوب يخصص له خط سير يومي و هم مجموعه من العملاء) • تقارير المتابعه اليوميه و الاسبوعيه الشهريه او فترات مختلفه من النتيجه من يوم كذا الي يوم كذا ( للمبيعات و الهالك و المستبدل) ككل و لكل مندوب علي حده • تقارير الأداء للمندوبين • تقارير متابعه حركه الشراء للعملاء مع امكانيه تصنيف العملاء جعرافيا او قوه الشراء
