We require a simple website with Administrator, User Login for the registration of technical work orders with content of attached sheet. The system should be very easy to use (drop-down menu's, main company and logo, client database for names and contact information, consecutive numbers, etc.). Also accesible as offline form installed on mobile phone or tablet. Our technicians should be able to fill in this form offline or online on their phones or tables. The form should have possibility to be signed by technician and client. After signature of the client form should be sent automatically (when connected to internet) to client's e-mail and two internal e-mailaddresses of the company in a PDF format to client and in both pdf and word to company. E-mail subject should be "OT#### - NAME CLIENT - DATE . Can be an App for Android/iPhone or a website or just a small fixed program to be compatible with all types of software and it has to be compatible and workable both ONLINE AND OFFLINE.
