I need a website that would be for peer to peer funding. Where people can pledge and be matched with others. in other words, a website that would allow mr A to pay mr B and mr C and D would pay mr A while 4 other persons would also pay the C and D and the others would pay the other person. once the payment is done the circle is complete.
They would create an account and the system would match them.
