Build a Website

i'm not sure i asked for the correct technical terms for what i need , so please find attached the outline of the project that i'd like help with. i would be more than happy to attach a business plan with more details but would need a non disclosure agreement signed. i have written a book and will be teaching these systems and need the infrastructure of a landing base and also a selling base rolled into one for this book, its systems and also a 'local' to place research for the benefit of all. as regards to needing a "local" person, i had originally found a tech person in Indian Harbour Beach Beach, Florida where i am located that i was going to trade services with, ( my providing Dental care) but it didn't work out. this is a leap of faith asking for help to people that i CANNOT see or talk with directly. i do this by gut and talk a lot with my hands. i need a VERY creative person, an outside the box thinker as i, who has a very wholistic and humanitarian approach as eventually these messages will help many. i can always do facetime or skype as the project progresses. only serious persons please apply as i have a lot on my plate as it is... i'm hoping maybe one person can do it all , or at minimum, lead a team responsible for this task. i thank all who took the time to read and are willing to take the challenge ")
