Magento issues in Checkout Pages
HelLo,
My self Arihant Jain, I am operating an ecommerce website in magento . At present we are having approx 1000 daily visitors, out of them 60-70 customers reach to checkout pages and finally I am getting approx 10 orders daily. So here I am having a doubt in mind:
1. Is it the normal ratio in magento ecommerce where order conversion ration is 1:6 ( order converted : visits upto checkout pages) even though I am having approx 1000 daily visitors
2. There may be some serious issues (technical, Price, site speed, Platform)
3. Some time customer says my checkout page is not working, but when I am trying through my PC everything is fine and working
Please suggest according to your experience. And also I want to know is there any tool where we can get actual contact details of visitors
