Build a Website

We have an build an joomla 1.0 webshop. We want to copy these site and move to new web address. + we would like to have closed website. That means all customers that will want to get inside the site they will need have our confirmation that they can go inside the site. That would look like these: you come on site. you can see the frontpage. you can register. But you can not click on catagory and see the inside of website. In case we give to these customer allownes he will be able to go inside the site always after we give permission. And we would need also a few items to rename in the site. To english words. And we would need to fix some with email. In case of confirmation of the order. We get on email that is rejected email... need to fix these. The site is used only for B2B customers. And maybe some smaller fixes... to imporve it a little.
