I have a journal publishing website which is currently hosted on Godaddy using wordpress. Currently website is using a very basic wordpress theme. But i would like to change it to a professional research paper publishing website. Option1 : Using Wordpress Theme with some customisation Option2 : Using OPJS (Open Journal System) Option3 : Using HTML or php. I am open to all above options. But my budget is limited as its a startup website with no revenue yet.
