Avatars for a simulation game

Hello, i am looking for a graphic designer who has experience in vectors and layering. I am looking to create a set of avatars,a few heads, a few eyes, noses, mouths, hair and baseball caps. they need to be layerable, as they will be dynamically created for each player in the sports management game we are currently creating. They must be unique and ideally we receive png and svg. the budget on this project is small. although the right fit stands a very good chance of doing future work with our company.
