Architect Required for Boarding House Project

Hi, Im looking for a proffesional Architect who can develivery a entire project and work with me on design a boarding house. Attached in documents i have given a plan of existing building and what i would like to construct ( Proposed 12 bedrooms boarding house) Attached there is also Council requirements which the architect will have to read and make sure my proposed drawing can meet there requirements. The Architect is required to provide me with professional auto .dwg format drawings when finished of all section view and proposed building with existing building joint up. You are able to change any of the proposed design i have attach to meet council requirements or if you are able to improve the design and space around is what im looking for. I will also like a 3D final drawing of what the building will look like in .dwg and services as per HIDRA file attached. Also note i have attach the council application form that has a design checklist that needs to be read by the architect its half way down the page on 1 of the files i have attached called application form half way down. Plan size a3 Plans must be drawn to scale (preferably 1:100) coloured plans/elevations/sections Brick - Red; Rooftiles - Orange; Concrete - Dark Green; Tile - Purple; Fibre Cement Sheets/Cement Render - Light Green; Glass and Glass Bricks - Light Blue; Sandstone - Light Brown; timber - Yellow; Steel, Galvanised Iron - Dark Blue. Note: Only new works need to be coloured on plans As a a Architect / Design you should be aware of what im looking for to approval. Please feel free to ask me questions ill do my best to answer them.
