Android Robot with fur texture

I need a good looking Android robot (attached) with fur texture. But It should look natural. Using a fur texture / pattern and just cut out the shape is not enough. It should look like some sort of stone age man covered in fur (leopard print) for instance.... This dress hould look a bit scraggy.
