A Wordpress plugin need to be built which will let administrators add courses, units and related information. The prospective students need to see this information in a responsive website.
The plugin should let the course administrator add all the sections from Curtin University’s current courses section as shown in the below link

It needs to be designed in such a way that it can be wire-framed into an iOS app which will be built using Adobe Digital Publishing Suite. (Note: Building iOS app is not part of the specifications)
It will be based on the responsive design guidelines of [login to view URL]
Program Finder section of the University of Queensland’s International Students Guide (available for download on the Apple App Store as UQ International Student Guide) needs be used as a guide to build the responsive website.
Excel sheet of all the course related information provided by me needs to be imported into the Wordpress plugin.
Course Finder needs to have 4 main features in frontend
1) Ajax Search 2) Browse by Area Study 3) Browse by Index 4) Individiual course view
Basic documentation needed on how the frontend, backend will work.
DEADLINE - End of January 2015
START - Immediately
BONUS - 10% to 15% BONUS for developer completing the project correctly in time.
COMMUNICATION - Daily communication/update
TOOLS - BitBucket, ActiveCollab needs to be used so I can review code and manage project. I will provide access to BitBucket and ActiveCollab
EXPERIENCE - Wordpress, PHP, MySQL
PAYMENT - 30% initial escrow, 20% escrow for 50% project completion, 30% escrow for code delivery, 20% escrow after testing
50% escrow will be released when project is completed
30% escrow will be released after code delivery
20% escrow will be released after testing and bug fixes
