Build a Website (beta version as basis for WBA)

We are working on a website (that needs to be ultimately translated into an app as well) that connects professional psychologists with patients. It is important that the website has the following minimum features: - Privacy (encrypted user_ID), - Transaction framework (customer needs to buy credits in order to start conversation with professionals), - Rating system (professional is rated at the end of the conversation/advice) - Chat, call (VOIP) and video capabilities - Log registration (for legal purposes + encrypted via nicknames) of conversations - Sharing of personal profile (not standard, but at discretion of user) - Scrolling menu of professionals including their profile - Time registration and payment function based on actual amount of credits used - Payroll system In the added files you can find a simple first draft (pictures with Dutch words) to get a basic idea.
