Hello, If I understand you correctly, you want paralax website - one page with multiple sections that can be reached by clicking on the main navigation links - when the user clicks on a navigation link page scrolls to the selected section. I can make such a site for you using css3, html5 and jquery. Also, I would like to use php and ajax for contact form - that is to send data from the contact form on your email address.
