Advanced Forum Site with Payment System

Without providing too much detail I have given the functions I believe the website will need below. Please do not respond with generic bids and comments. Please read through my short lists below and actually think on what I am asking for and provide me relevant portfolios answers and responses. I am looking for a long term partner on this. This first project is the minimum I think I will need to test my idea but I need web design and development advice/expertise. The person I choose I do not want to babysit. Willing to pay more for the right person or company. Failure to communicate will be a automatic breach of contract and our business relationship will be terminated immediately. What will we consider the final project? • What is the plan for testing the website? • How do we derive metrics from our site in regards to clicks and user activity? • What are your design suggestions? • How can we make the site simpler but maintain the target functionality? • What documentation will be provided once the website is complete? • Give me pros and cons of using a content management system vs building from scratch? • Do you work weekends? • Do you have a virtual server for me to check progress as you work? • What are your hours? When would I be able to contact and talk to some about my project? • What is your milestone or draw schedule? • What do you need from me? Logo? Hosting? Color Scheme? Design? • How easy would it be to convert to mobile in parallel, what’s the cost?
