Customizing my WP Theme - open to bidding -- 2

Hello, I have recently began with the project of developing a digital productions/marketing agency. I worked in a firm myself for 2 years doing sales and have done some side projects with friends and outsourced my work to different agencies overseas. As I intend t do some outsourcing overseas for some of the work I plan on receiving when I launch my start up I do need someone who is reliable, quick and can take his/her creativity to hear my concept and bringing it to life with your own artistic touch. So I said "when I launch my start up"...here is where I am at currently and need assistance with a last few projects before I begin my marketing and closing the hot leads I've already generated. For us to brand a white label CMS platform for users to have a drag and drop builder for website and mobile app's on the site. The logo and time line cover I have now are great quality I just need some editing and changes done to theme. I paid a total of $15 for both. Re branding white label CMS platforms is simple putting the logo and some basic design colors along the dashboard and page site of the CMS. Linking them to a subdomain is just going into my server/hosting C panel and creating a sub-domain to link the new branded CMS (ex [login to view URL] links to the newly branded drag and drop web builder for my users to interact and provide a fun feature to convert [login to view URL] Weebly Designer Platform is an example of a website that offers this feature to agenices like myself.
