b2b and b2c ecommerce

I need an ecommerce website developed on magneto or jommla CMS. Some required features: Home page, blog and contacts. handling of two different kind of costurmers: The product to be sold are single touristic gadget (postcards, fridge magnet, prints, small books and large hardcover books) B2C: this is the public part, each costumers can see every article and order it. Some articles may be customized or sold in package (i.e. one product full price, 3 products 33% discount or the less expensive for free). Each article needs to have between 1 to 10 photos, or the possibility to display a browsable PDF brochure (ie. for books). Each article should be filtered by at least two criteria. (kind of products or location) and after the research should be sort by price, costumer rating or bestseller) For products like prints it should be an application which can insert the print in a photo (for example: [login to view URL]). Each product should have a box where costumer can see where the product is sold offline, crossing data with b2b section described below. B2B site: Each article of b2c shop (except fine art prints) shoul be sold in a package of several pieces (10, 25, 50 etc..), with different prices and a fixed discount linked to costumer account. Each costumer should be have its own pricing profile with a different discount in each category (ie 50% net price for one category or a fixed price for each package of products). I also run offline wholesale and i have to create costumer account and orders, after the order is confirmed i need the system to send a confirmation email to costumer to sign the order, and another copy to our logistics to prepare the order to be delivered. Each costumer should have a dashboard in which can see his products and easily order a refill of the product he bought in previous orders. For some costumer i have to manage Selling on consignment, in which they pay the refill. further more there should be a third sections (it my be on a third level domain) in which costumers can browse an image DB and order prints (with all poster like display mode) or automated download of photo (after payments). The download should be allowed for single photo, for portfolio or on montly subscription. Each download should be available for a configurable time. I need to be able to allow some costumer to baypass payment before download and then make a montly basis invoice to be deliveredi on the 1st day of the following month. Some products, like books may need a third level website in which to describe contents, preview and list of offline shops where to be found. The website should be hosted on my virtual server on [login to view URL] provider. I hope i described all the features and to find one or more freelance to collaborate with.
