I am looking for someone to make a shell of a website where users are allowed to upload files to our site. Each user should have a generic profile. This does not have to be pretty, just basic functionality and we will take it from there. We are looking for a programmer to work with as this project evolves. We are attempting to do much of this on our own but want to build a relationship with a programmer that we can go to when we have questions or need some help. Again, The project right now is for a basic template that allows users to create accounts and that links to a database where they can upload files. Thanks very much for your help. I am assuming this will be very low in cost since many programmers probably have a template already and will need to make very minimal tweaks. Thanks!
