Design a Website Mockup

hello i have an idea of what i want. i want a site just like the free advertising site on webnode.com. rickpicks.webnode.com. then i want a page offering catagories a - z of several services and products i want to offer customers. it will have a header and then from a to z individual hyperlinks that bring you to a page i create for every hyperlink. all ending with a chat box and a sign in so i get every email and persons info. hope to get them to sign up for my site. and have limited backend to organize customers info and be able to respond. after you have been on my site right away a pop up offering live chat. they fill out a chat form that is how i get all customers info. i need to be able to have backend and ability to edit just few things. like add catagories and hyperlinks. add pages they land on when link is clicked. if you can work at a great going price as i outsource a lot. i know the hourly wages and will offer lots of work for me and clients.
