Design a Website Mockup

I am starting a restaurant delivery service and I want something different. I have a sense of humor so I want something funny and quriky that will keep the customers wanting more. I am looking for a long term project because I would like for the layout and design to change often. The name is Speedy's Restaurant Delivery but the characters that represent Speedy's is anything but. Speedy is the old 80 year old man being pulled by an old slow donkey and old "Speedy" has the food next to him. Speedy is the 8 year old boy pulling a wagon of food. The slogan is "We on the way" but anything but speedily. Since there will be delivery from all restaurants then the icon should change. Meaning "Speedy" can be an 80 year old Hispanic man on a bicycle pulling a cart of food or an Asian woman on foot with a cart of food etc. But the point is to be opposite of the name. Speedy can be an animated cartoon or "real people" but all in a humorous way to attract people such as funny commercials do. I would like the site to be user friendly. I would like a members login page for people to keep track of their orders or do reorders. I would get the menus from the participating restaurants to post online. I would like for the menus to be clickable as to where users just click what they want and it be added to the basket. I need a designer that can think outside of the box and must have a sense of humor to understand what I am looking for. I would like it to be unique and fun. Thanks
