Design a Facebook landing page

I need a few things...I need a landing page for a bootcamp. I hd a similiar design made here not long ago but need to make some changes, and need to be sure Facebook will allow me to use the page as an ad. They say our before and after pictures (which are real) are unlikely results and they wont run them? Here is a link to the page we had before. One the new ad, if we have to we will run a share campaign to get looks. I also need a facebook landing page for a youth martial arts program, and for an adult Martial Arts program. Designed to generate phone calls, gather names and get looks at my website/landing page.
