Custome Ecommerce Site Built with Either Magento or Drupal

I need an ecommerce site developed for my company. I would like to either use Drupal or Magento for the site. I will give you access to hosting and you will completely design and setup the site, everything but adding inventory. I will provide a logo and a banner for the homepage. I will also provide a site to copy the design from. You will be able to copy most everything you need from the site I provide. Colors and look will need to be changed a bit, flow and layout will be the same. There will be 7 main product categories and 75 sub categories.
The site will not need to be flashy, but will need to be practical and efficient. The design will be simple. The site will be a wholesale site with about 2000 products. There will be no credit card processing, shipping costs, or taxes on this site. Customers will be required to make an account to make purchases. For an account they will need to give there name and shipping address, and login info. There will be a minimum order of $100. After they are done adding items to their cart they can go to the cart and submit their order. Once submitted the order will be emailed to me. I will then put together a Paypal invoice with their order and shipping costs and email it to them for payment (the site will no longer be needed in the buying process after the order is submitted). This whole process will need to be customized perfectly as it will be the backbone of the buying process for our customers. Every item will have a picture, title, short description, price, and an item number. Again, no credit card processing, no weights or shipping calculator, no shipping software, and no taxes for this site.
Like I said, we will upload the inventory. Everything else will be put together by you. PM me if you would like to see the site we will be copying from. This site needs to be put together perfectly so please do not bid unless you are capable of doing the work. Please tell me what platform you will use and only bids with examples of previous sites that have been built by you will be considered.
