Create Online Menu - repost

Hello, Project Details Attached 1. I need to have an Online Menu Created. I will have all the PSD’s her in the next 24 hrs I’ll email you the concept. 2. The user will be able to pick their bread, meat, cheese, veggies, sauces 3. The user will be able to put in their billing and CC info, be billed and receive an email receipt. 4. I want the user to be able to create their own account so they can see their order history. 5. I also want a Queue to be built for our restaurant staff to see the order details so they know which sandwich to make and where to deliver it to.
