Configure & Customize New WHMCS for JUST Project Management

I have a fresh install of WHMCS that's ready to start configuring. I don't need any of the "web hosting" functionality built in to WHMCS and would like to just disable those portions, or remove the code calling those functions from the template files. I bought the "branding free" lifetime license with the Project Management Add-On. That is also already installed and ready to begin configuring (partially setup). I want this to be a project management portal for a construction company to collaborate online with clients in real-time. The Project Management Add-On for WHMCS does this already, but I want to simplify it a little via a customized template. Basically, I need a custom template that strips out all webhosting junk, and only utilizes the Project Management Add-On. Minor background and header mods to template that make it match the [new] main site (but inverted colors).
