Need a website built. The UI is already completed so it will greatly reduce your work load, mainly need the back-end programming done. - User login/registration There are two types of users, Mechanic and regular user. Mechanic accounts cannot be used until admin approval - Users post jobs Mechanics bid on these jobs. eg fix my car radiator - Messaging between users - Disputes - Users can leave ratings for mechanics Programming must be done in ASP.NET (VB) MVC. Programming is also partially completed. I will not give you a up-front payment at all, full payment will be given when the project is completed, no exceptions. If you are not ok with that do not bid.
