Advertising a Debt Management seminar

I have written a book called How To Implement Debt Management that Works. The ebook is for sale on [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] for hard copies. I am looking for someone who write the copy and design a one page document which advertisers the seminar and which will appear on- line. The seminar is aimed at South Africans who have Skype access and who have debt issues. I am open using to video, or a more static design. However, I must insist on only using people who can show competence. If you have a poor command of English please do not apply. [login to view URL] My method is to allow the first nine or ten offers, and then close the bids to new players. I will examine each and have skype conversations if necessary. The bids will be reduced to the three best bids. You will be told if you are on the list. I am not sure what this project is likely to cost. I will only examine cost when I reach the short list stage. So for now, all I can say, that that cost will be an important but not the only factor. You should indicate whether you are flexible on price by the time I shortlist the best three bids.
