Design dispensing bag and leaflet for an online pharmacy

Hi, I run a group of pharmacies and i need a design for some dispensing bags, which we use to pack our medicines and leaflets which we can hand out to customers. The bags and leaflets are to contain the logo of our business. I have attached the logo we are going to be using. The information i require to appear on the bag/leaflet are attached on the word document. The wording doesnt nescessarily have to be exactly how i have written it, you can change it if you think it will flow better. They both need to look very sleek and not to cluttered i.e. too cramped and filled with text. This is especially important with the bag design. thanks, Daman
