Design a T-Shirt Logo - repost

Hello

I need someone to finish designing the logo for a project of mine. This will double as a company logo, but also as a logo designed for wearing on T shirts - so I will need two (one in each colour) for the design of the shirt and another for the website, label, etc if that is possible. If one can be re sized to any scale and look the same the one will be sufficient. Attached is a prototype of the logo.

What I need is for someone to manipulate this image in photoshop or illustrator so that it stays EXACTLY the way it is currently as far as colour and font is concerned - but is is much cleaner with less impurities, and is generally more professional looking. For example, I need the edges smoothed out, but I understand vectorizing the font in illustrator now will make the edges too harsh, because the original drawing is just a sketch. I want to know if there is a way I can avoid this and keep the drawing effect of the logo, but at the same time remove the pixels from it so it can be altered to any size. This may mean it needs top be cleaned up in photoshop and then finished in illustrator.

I have have someone try to clean it up for me and you can see as examples where In the attached file 'Fawkes1' you can see the 'F' isn't straight down, there is still white in the centre by the 'W' and if you look closely there is a small white line on the under side of the 'F' where they have tried to make it smoother - these are things I would like to have done better.

The file 'Fawkes BMP' is a result of image tracing and gives you a better idea of the edges and imperfections I am trying to remove, you can see it is messy.

On the shirt, the logo will need to be 5x5 inches or 12.7x12.7 CM across and down. As you can see the 'F' needs to be straight down, and the writing is on a slight angle.

I need one in blue, and one in green. I can give you all the information as far as pantone codes, blur, effects and percentages are concerned, and I can supply all previous original images used to create this one.
