Custom InDesign magazine layout needed

I am looking for someone with expertise especially in InDesign, Photoshop and graphic design who can create a magazine layout, 20-30 pages from content (photographs, text, logos) and creative ideas on a monthly basis to a deadline.
Only English is required, if you lived in the UK that would be a plus and could lead to full time work. But as this can all be done digitally that is not a requirement.
For delivery I need the final InDesign file and a PDF set up correctly for printing.
Previous experience would be a huge plus if you could show me your work.
