Children's book No 2; compile images and text.

I need a graphic designer who can compile approx. 20 x A4 pages from the text and images I provide. The text is complete, and the images have been allocated to the pages. The graphic designer must colour the images ( I have coloured the images to provide a very strong direction) in photoshop or indesign. The graphic designer will need to scale the images, place the images on the page, and locate the text below the images.
The book will be an electronic book in A4, and US letter.
