Banner from existing webdesign (psd)

I need some banners for partner sites (no ads) in 4 different sizes. Each with one slogan/text. You will receive a psd file (from webdesign) which contains basically all design elements, but it has to be moved and adjusted for good design. The sizes are 468 x 60 - 3 different slogans/text = 3 different banner + one GIF-animated with all three of them 300 x 250 - 3 different slogans/text = 3 different banner + one GIF-animated with all three of them 250 x 250 - 3 different slogans/text = 3 different banner + one GIF-animated with all three of them 250 x 90 (non-standard) - 6 different slogans/text = 6 different banner + one GIF-animated with all three of them
