We need to design a new, fun website encompassing all the good elements of viral websites - Playbuzz , Buzzfeed, Viralnova. It will have lists, quizzes, questions, news etc. Have a look at these websites, so you understand the elements that might be needed to incorporate. We would also need sample posts, for each category,quiz, list etc.
We are looking to save costs on this (limited budget) and would be willing to purchase any premium Wordpress theme if needed to save our development costs. Site should be SEO friendly, easy to add new content, and responsive, and well indexed in search engines.
