Concrete 5 Expert for Simple Edit of a Website

The CMS is Concrete

I simply need a new content page created with a link to the menu at the top. The page will use the same layout as Sponsor a Village

Then, I need to make some changes to the Woofu interface that links the new page with a donation option

So, I need somebody who is experienced with both concrete and Woofu. If you are not, then please don't bid for this.
