Build a Website using existing template

I'm looking to have a Comic-Con Website made using an existing web template (The link is below). I've covered in-depth the amount of work needed for the home page, which by far needs the most work. Almost all other pages will be text based to give event information, with a couple galleries. Most of the stuff on a site like [login to view URL] will be the stuff I need on this site so you have an idea of the number of links. The template I'll be using is this one: [login to view URL] I will need: -the site to be search engine friendly, with meta tags with keywords for pictures -a logo for the event designed -graphic design work for banners for celebrities attending event, a welcome page with the location and date of the event -Later I will need promotional flyers to print on sheets of papers In order to make it easier to modify the site, I took a picture of the different parts of the website and labeled each part with a number (please look at the pictures included), so it'd be easier to discuss the different sections of the site. I anticipate roughly 25 links, but some are to external sites like Facebook, YouTube etc. Each number will be either a picture or text, so picture will mean it's either going to be 'picture or graphic design' and if it says 'text' the part after it will be what I want it to say So for example, if you look at the pictures I sent if you look at number 2 it'll say: 2) text: Home This means I want the part labeled number 2 to say on the site: Home You can keep the same font, size, color etc. One more example, you'll see number 15 is a picture, so I'll refer to it as: 15) picture: I will send you the picture I want put where 15 is Hopefully all that makes sense. It seems like the easiest way to do it. Feel free to let me know if you have any questions. picture/graphics: This will be the Comic-Con event logo.
