Build a Website for word press

budget is for $50. I need a talented web developer who can do the following to my word press page. Just a few updates. Nothing major. Must have extensive word press knowledge. 1.) please check document attached and then reply if you will complete the entire assignment correctly. change navigation menu. see sample. pink and grey buttons. 2.) please use the same template as the sample website as given in document. Pink banner stretches all the way across to the ends of web page. Also have 3 links added to the corner of page. these are pages. 3.) a decorative heart pattern only at the top as seen in sample 4.) install category grid widget as seen in sample. 5.) install two column widget word press already has this. the column to the right are html widgets so i can image links. Please put place holders there so i know how to put whatever i want in the section, should also have a join email list, and blog scroll, a place to insert social media icons. too 6.) Remove the wordpress ryu theme thats at the end of page. it also appears on the right as you scroll. 7.) post title is too big, must change font 8.) insert kitty favicon.
