Build a Joomla Website With Member Paywall

What I need is this a Joomla template/site which will allow me to do the following.
Have a members area with a paywall where I can post exclusive content (videos) for members.
The following features are optional but would be nice to have:
- Multiple choice quizzes
- an ability for users to create a profile, and would track what percent of videos they have watched/ quizzes they have gotten correct (similar to codeacademy website)
- a forum
- an ability for users to comment on articles etc.
I need to work with someone with excellent communication skills - will only consider freelancers who can demonstrate they will be able to complete the task.
