Build a FLIPPA.com alternative (website marketplace)

PROJECT OVERVIEW I am seeking quotes and proposals for a website/domain marketplace similar to Flippa. LANGUAGE Only English. Developer must have very strong English skills for communication and development. KEY FEATURES - Users create a new listing by adding an 'overview' and additional attachments, profit histories, traffic histories, etc. - Utilize Google Developers built in data integration and API to automatically confirm Analytics (traffic/visitors) and AdWorks (Profits from ads) - Users can prove ownership of site by uploading file to their web server and script will confirm - Enable comments and private messages - Certain keywords/terms and spam are automatically flagged within private messages for Admin review - Full auction system with buy it now price and autobidding up to a variable amount (chosen by each user) - Option to use built in escrow system or escrow.com (not built in) - Post-sale moderation and dispute resolution system - Feedback system (star based) where buyers can review sellers. Sellers can get higher rating by providing proof of certain account details (link bank account, address [PIN], etc.) - Users "My Account" section where you can review bids you've made, view watchlist, inbox, listings, offers, etc. - Overall appearance different from Flippa but provide ALL key functionalities (browse by category, just listed, established sites) and advanced search page (filter results by earnings, pageviews, price, etc.) - Admin system with ability to manage users, listings, bids, pages, payments, settings, etc. ***BEFORE YOU BID*** Please provide at least 3 examples of previous completed work and an estimated time of completion in your bid!
