Build a CMS Website

Hi freelancers, We need a website with CMS, like Joomla. The design can be basic though clean and practical (I don't want the user to feel like we are playing Tetris in 1999) The first page will white with our logo and login at the center. We create the accounts and give the username and password to our users (later they can change the password). We want the page that opens after login to have content pertaining to a group of people this person belongs to but also information pertaining to the individual login. We want to be able at the group level to share audio, video and docs such as pdf, and at the individual level we want to be able to add information about the student's progress, problems he/she might be having. The parents should be able to contact us and upload audio/video/documents that we can download to see. each group will have a teacher in charge. We would like the teacher of each group to have a log in that allows them to add info to the group and individually as well as receive the audio/video/docs uploaded by the students. The admin will be able to oversee all of this from the backoffice. I believe Joomla or other existing software allows for widgets to make these requirements work although some time will be needed to make them all work together. These are the requirements. Please make sure you bid accordingly and not first bid and then read and try to renegotiate the bid. It is very annoying and creates a bad first impression.
