Build a Blog for a Realtor

Per our discussion - Set up a Wordpress blog for my real estate client as described below: 1. They love the look of [login to view URL] especially the header area, but they would like it to be a slider image with several pictures and only be about 200-250 px in height and full width across the screen. We would provide the images. 2. On the header area, have a picture of the Realtor where the logo is on the site I just mentioned. 3. Have the page be a summary of the posts with an image and a "read more" button to the full article 4. A right sidebar with contact information at the top and then a contact form below it similar to the site I mentioned. (or Aweber opt in form - I will find out) 5. Small round social media buttons at the top of the header, linked to their social media sites 6. Stream their Twitter and Facebook feeds on the right 7. In the footer, a small logo for the brokerage she works for 8. The brokerage's brand is black and gold (see [login to view URL]) but they don't necessarily like the brand. They would like ideas of how to incorporate the colors if we have any, but they DON'T want it to look like the Alain Pinel brand. Does that make sense? 9. An "About Shelly" page with her bio and with the same look of the blog page I will provide the slider images later.
