Customized Wordpress/BuddyPress Theme Design

I require a customized Wordpress/Buddypress theme for my new website, as well as seperate logo, header and footer psd files The applicant should be skilled with the Buddypress plugin and Buddypress themes. I also have various Buddypress plugins installed that I will need to be integrated into the theme as well. This website will also be running Wishlist Member in the backend so the applicant should also be familiar with Wishlist Member. Please send links to examples of designs like this you have done...specifically Buddypress/Wishlist Member sites. There are certain images that I will send once accepted that I would like incorporated into the theme. ## Deliverables The website can be seen at [login to view URL] On this "access" sub-directory I would like to keep a 3 column set up to allow for sidebar widgets. It needs to be set up in such a way that I can easily drag and drop sidebar widgets in the widgets admin panel. The header should have tabs for "Home", "Activity", "Members", "Groups". Possibly along the top somewhere out of the way/ There should also be a separate area for tabs for the pages I add inside the admin panel. I want it to be easy for me to still adjust/add/delete pages in these tabs. There should be a "Register Today" banner saying to join the community and start connecting today. The "register" page will NOT be the Buddypress registration....it will be the Wishlist Member registration page. ALL registration links should point to Wishlist Member registration page, NOT Buddypress registration page. The second part of this project is the landing page which will be located at [login to view URL] . I want something simple and professional looking, very similar to [login to view URL] . Just a simple design with a form to fill out to create their free account. There should also be a "Member Login" box in the top right corner of this landing page. This design should be simple, elegant and professional. The main audience is women, aged 25-45. For colors I like pink and white, but feel free to use others as you see fit.
