I am looking for someone to create a custom, animated smiley for my use (to be uploaded onto a Vbulletin message board, posted on other message boards from saved photobucket file, etc). General description: If this is feasible (and resonable), here is what I am looking for (more details to follow, generally what I want is below). This is being created for my person use so have about $50, $60 to spend on it. Any questions please lmk. Smiley wearing a hat walking three dogs; Pause, display a fixed message in a text box; Show smiley & Three dogs walking and then encoutering another animal (Beaver); Show dogs 'chasing' beaver dragging smiley behind; Dogs will then 'run off' the image with smiley laying in dirt (on ground); Dogs will then run back and over smiley chased by the Beaver Final Text box of 'crushed' smiley displayed. If this is feasible, final product should be something I can save as a .gif file in photobucket and upload to my Vbulletin message board.

Hi, this is known as an avatar if i understand right anyways if its flash based thats easy. we have a similar icon in our site its a computer mouse that points to a phone telling u to contact us. I read your descriptions this is not a placement bid, and we have the skill to get it done. I will attach samples upon request so I can be sure you are sincerely considering me, there are many here who will go for very low and cheap bids, I try to do so as low much as I can, for your profit, but I guarantee my work, and the quality of it. I hope you will communicate with me before you consider anyone else for the job. Work only on escrow, and will give mock ups and partial samples only, full samples are by arrangement.
