Create Ad Image! (JPG, GIF)

I had a coder working on an ad image, but they bailed on me without finishing the ad... <[login to view URL]> I am looking for a coder to either create a new ad from this one, or complete the unfinished ad image. There is only a few items left to finish: There should be a double image at the top of the ad..just above MN Carpet Cleaning... There should be a URL just above the phone number (877) 612-CLEAN "We provide quality carpet cleaning services" should be sized down, and faded into the side door of the van as if it was part of the van. I preferred the border red, and he told me no, and I really do not care for the all black text at the bottom of the ad...just does not look appealing. can you make this ad more exciting then what it is? I do not want to spend more then $25 - so please do not bid more then $25...
