Convert five exisitng book cover images to audiobook format

We are making audio book editions for Audible based on five existing e-book covers already on Kindle. The resulting images must be perfectly square, not rectangular and conform to Audible's standards (see information on their site or on ACX.) Each one must be at 1,200 by 1,200 pixels or more rendered both as a JPEG and a PDF and replicate the elements on the existing covers, which will be provided to the successful bidder.
