A full coloured picture drawn/illustrated on a fishing rig

I am looking or an artist that can draw digitally. The main purpose of this drawing is to show customers how this fishing rig works along with its measurements. The background would have to be set on the sea water. On water level there has to be a boat present with line anchored underwater to the sea floor. I have an example (attached) roughly on what I would like but just abit more interesting. Example: - A boat to be drawn up on sea level with the fishing rig coming down from a fishing rod - Make the sky look like a sky not just blue - Make the sea floor not just flat. Needs to show abit of shelving / ditches. All pictures of the fishing rig/measurements will be supplied in files. The same colour / design as given with my personal attachments must be present in this illustration. If your familiar with deeps sea rigs / reef fishing might be a little bonus Any questions please feel free to ask.
