Designer for westcoast glass art (ongoing)

Hi all I am a producer of glass art with a northwest coast theme. I am seeking an ongoing relationship with one or more designers. -- You design - I produce. Simple. My Requirements: - all designs to have a northwest coast theme. A "native art" theme may be included, but secondary and subtle. - you provide designs electronically as vector line-art - My target is up to 50 designs this year, but TBD. - all artwork & designs must be conducive to sandblasting. That is, simple line-art illustrations, grey scale, some blending (I can "carve" with heavy sandblasting for relief, and "airbrush" with light blasting for blended look. Dimensionality can be achieved) I will email examples to qualifying candidates. - Each piece of glass would be 2-3 square feet, and have a "page shape" of an elipse (circle), quadrilateral, etc. Edges could be polished, or rough-chiseled. OTHER (PAY, ETC) I am not a gallery, and would be covering these costs personally with the confidence that I can re-sell the finished pieces. So, I am budgeting less than $100 per design to start (again, when we get some momentum, there would be an ongoing requirement for my target of 50 designs per year).
