Four information pieces have been created, all for one brand in the travel space:
1. A single brand design concept, based on an existing logo and travel concept, is required, with individually executed designs for each template.
2. The templates must be customised for different travellers (i.e. different information will be displayed in the template), so the design templates must be editable using freeware or basic PC software (e.g. Word).
3. Three of the templates are text-based only - 2 are information audits, and one is a plan document
4. One template is a timeline concept, requiring graphics and information boxes. A catalogue of graphics would need to be provided, which could be easily inserted as required (for instance, graphics/icons for planes, trains, boats, cars, shuttles would be needed, but perhaps only the plane is relevant for a particular traveller). The timeline template would need to be flexible to accommodate long and short itineraries.
5. The designs must be fresh and modern, and the user experience is important - important information must be clearly visible and the design must reinforce the underlying travel concept.
