Designing a Banner for Physical therapy website

Have had a website designed but need a new banner built. Looking for someone to draw/design the new banner. Below is the old website design, i can provide the layered version once the winner is selected. I am looking for someone to draw a new banner for the top bar. We are looking for a design that: 1. is drawn or animated (similare to old banner in pic provided) 2. shows off a patient using the Microsoft Kinect hooked up to a TV screen doing some kind of physiotherapy 3. shows a physical therapist (similar to a doctor) using their computer to access the data remotely This theme should be in nice light colors (to match with the rest of the design provided in the photo below) I would be happy to get on a skype or gmail call or communicate via email with the winner.
